What is the typical delivery timeframe for heavy gym equipment?
Standard delivery for large equipment like treadmills and bikes usually takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories like dumbbells are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we provide complimentary professional installation for all major cardio equipment. Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours of delivery to schedule an appointment.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.
Does Flexnest equipment come with a warranty?
All Flexnest smart equipment comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.
Can I connect my Flexnest equipment to other fitness apps?
Our smart equipment is designed to sync seamlessly with the Flexnest App, but many of our products also support integration with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Strava.
